In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, we publicize only the following information:

1. Matters relating to public disclosure of utilization purpose of the personal information.

(1) "Utilization purpose" of the "personal information" when it was acquired from other than the principal's written document.

Whenever we obtain personal information written in a document from the customer, we will clarify the utilization purpose to the customer. If we collect personal information other than that, we will handle it within the limits of the following purposes of use.

① Delivering information suitable for customers by mail, email, etc.
② Registration processes for events, etc.
③ Responding to inquiries

2. Provision to a Third Party

The acquired personal information will not be provided to a third party without the prior consent of the customer.　Except in the following cases:

(1) Cases required by laws and regulations.
(2) When there is an urgent need for the protection of life, limb and property
(3) When conducting business in partnership with a partner company. (We will always demand appropriate management from the partner company.)

(1) If you wish to inquire about your own information, we will disclose it according to the prescribed procedure.
